Baked Fish with Jamaican Seasoning, steamed cabbage, and Rice/Beans





1 can or 2 cup cooked red beans

1c white, brown or jasmine Rice

2 sliced green onions

1 Clove minced garlic

1 whole scotch bonnet or habanaro pepper

1 can coconut milk

2 c water

2 t Jamaican seasoning blend

Salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a sauce pan. * note stab pepper a few times a knife and add whole. cover and cook on low until Rice is tender. Remove pepper and enjoy.
