Dilly Lemon Compound Butter

This butter is kind of a big dill. It's simple and fast to prepare. Use it to infuse lemon herb flavors into fish, seafood, meats, and vegetables. Additionally, it serves as a great spread for tea sandwiches. Elevate your meals with this dillicous butter.

2 sticks of softened butter

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely minced

1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste


Add all the ingredient to a bowl and stir until completely incorporated. To store roll into a logged shape and wrap in plastic wrap/parchment paper or store in a container of choice. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for several week. Enjoy!
