This dish is everything we love about spring cooking: bright flavors, tender asparagus, and a creamy feta sauce that feels indulgent without being heavy. It comes together quickly, uses simple ingredients, and delivers a silky, tangy pasta that tastes like it came from your favorite café.
Serves 4

8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
1 lb Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
6 oz Feta cheese
1 Lemon, juice and zest
2 tbsp Butter
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Flour
2 cups Milk
To taste Salt and pepper
1/4 cup Heavy cream
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, reserving some of the cooking liquid.
Steam or boil asparagus until crisp‑tender, then set aside.
Blend feta with lemon juice and zest until smooth; set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Whisk in flour until fully combined, then slowly pour in milk, stirring until thickened.
Stir in the feta mixture, season with salt and pepper, and add the cooked pasta and asparagus. Toss well to coat.
Simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld, adding pasta water as needed for consistency.
Turn off heat and stir in the heavy cream. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
Put it inside of you and enjoy!
