These crepes may look like they’re here for pure indulgence, but don’t be fooled—they’re basically undercover health food wearing a very convincing dessert disguise. One bite in and you’re thinking, “Wow, I’m treating myself,” while the protein-packed filling is quietly high‑fiving your nutritional goals behind the scenes. It’s the kind of recipe that lets you feel smug and satisfied at the same time.

Ingredients
Crepes
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
3 Tbsp melted butter, cooled
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Protein Filling
16 oz cottage cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup yogurt
3 Tbsp syrup or preferred sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla
Berry Topping
2 cups frozen berries, thawed
2 Tbsp sugar
🥣 Instructions
Crepes
Add all crepe ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.
Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Pour in 1/4 cup of batter and swirl to coat the pan in a thin layer.
Cook until the edges look dry, flip, and cook about 30 seconds more.
Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
Filling
Combine all filling ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Berry Topping
Stir together the thawed berries and sugar. Keep chilled until serving.
🍽️ To Serve
Spoon a generous tablespoon of filling down the center of each crepe, roll it up, and top with extra filling, whipped cream, berries, and plenty of that delicious berry juice.
Put it inside of you and enjoy!
